What does it take to build an organization where every young person feels seen, valued, and included? This interactive workshop invites youth development leaders to explore how their identities, leadership decisions, and organizational practices shape access and belonging.

Through reflection, peer learning, and practical activities, participants will examine how organizational culture, policies, and everyday practices can strengthen inclusion, identify opportunities for improvement, and leave with one meaningful action to create a more welcoming and equitable environment for all youth.
