The YDRC Quality Practices Guidebook is a practical, youth-centered resource designed to help programs reflect, grow, and strengthen the quality of their work. Rooted in community voice and Metro-Detroit’s youth development ecosystem, it offers accessible tools, reflection prompts, and actionable practices that support continuous improvement. More than a guide, it’s a living resource that helps organizations build meaningful, equitable experiences with and for young people.
