    The 2025 Equity Accelerator for Youth Development (EAYD) cohort is an eight-month (Oct-May) leadership experience designed for BIPOC program leaders (directors, managers, coordinators, etc.) in youth-serving nonprofits.

    Acting with Data is the YDRC’s signature learning community designed to help youth development teams reach the highest level of quality and impact for the youth they serve.
