A strong board can be one of an Executive Director’s greatest organizational assets. This interactive session will help youth development leaders clarify governance roles, activate the strengths of their board members, and cultivate a stronger partnership between the board and Executive Director in service of the organization’s mission. This workshop is free and open to Executive Directors and organizational leaders.
